Creating a user

How to create a user in Selvhjælp

In order to create a user (a person who is attending your self-help group), use an upper sidebar and press “Ny(t)” button, and then select “Bruger” from a dropdown list. This will take you to the page where you can fill in all the data about the user, like personal information, contact details, and group attendance. The boxes marked with “*” are mandatory to fill in.

After you are done filling in the information, press the “Opret Bruger” in order to finalize the creation.

To see an overview of the created users, press “Administrer” button and select “Brugere”. There you can see a table with the users and filter them by requested help area, topic, project or age group.

If you want to manage a single user, simply press on their name and it will take you to the page with all information regarding this person that you can edit.

Furthermore, at the bottom of the page, you will find a Log with all of the activities associated with the user. In order to add a new activity, press “Tilføj Log”.

You will also find the button “Opret samtaleforløb” which will allow you to create new conversations for the user. Additionally from this level, you can add the user to a group by pressing “Tilføj til gruppe”
