PayGate Flow

What is PayGate Flow?

PayGate Flow offers the possibility to create win-back flows in cases where you might have too many agreements expiring, but it also allows for numerous different automated flows for communicating to your subscribers through SMS.

Onboarding to PayGate Flow

If you want to use this add-on, please contact us at and contain the following information in order to get you started:

  • (Optional): Description of the flow you want to use, so we can setup the first one for you if you want

Setting the Flow

Go to “Settings” on the left sidebar, then select the “PayGate Flow” card. You will see an overview of all the campaigns that you have created.

You will be taken to the place where all the information for the flow setting needs to be filled.

Firstly you need to choose the camping that the flow should be added to. Then create a text for your first SMS that the donor will receive after accepting the agreement, as well as the time after which the message should be sent. Remember to select the option to “Enable 1st SMS” so your message will be actually sent.

Additionally, there is an option for “Do not disturb” with selecting the time frame so your subscribers won’t receive a message in the middle of the night.

Further down the page, you will find a similar option to create flows for different agreement statutes.

There are 4 intervals for each status, and you can write different texts and set various timing for each of them.

After you will set all the details for your flow, remember to click “Create” at the bottom of the page to finalize the action.

Furthermore, please note that while you can set up as long SMS texts as you want, we do charge based on the number of SMS-es. A single SMS has a length of up to 160 characters (incl. white spaces).
